Our picture this month is of the upper lake in Glendalough in Wicklow from the top of the Spink. It’s a great looped walk, about 12-13km and well worth the effort for the views.  Continue reading

March is on it’s way and with it comes our next term that runs over 9 weeks from Monday 4th of March to Friday 3rd of May (Note: there are no classes on Bank Holidays).  We have all our regular classes running on both mat and Reformer and a few new ones too in our bright, warm studio.
