Spring into Summer with New Courses for May / June 2013

April is nearly over and with May upcoming it’s time to think about getting ready for a long, hot summer (I know, I’m probably deluded, but hey, let’s stay positive). Why not try Pilates out to get yourself fit for the summer with a strong, flexible and healthy body?

We’re a small studio and our bookings are done manually – so do let us know as soon as possible what your Pilates plans are so we can keep a place for you.

Rebecca Leone Masterclasses

the Pilates nunThe Pilates Nun is back with us in May – with a weekend of teacher training workshops – but also with a range of Masterclasses that are open to everyone (not suitable for beginners though). We will have these 90 Minute Masterclasses on Thursday 9th, Friday 10th and Saturday 11th of May at 17:30. They will teach you a range of stretching, strengthening and classical Pilates mat exercises that you can use at home. Rebecca’s teaching style is energetic and engaging and having completed many of her workshops and courses myself, I can’t recommend these classes highly enough – you’ll laugh and probably cry with the effort too! The 90 minute sessions are €35 each and you can book them here.

Are you interested in trying out Pilates? Want to know what all the fuss is about? We offer one to one sessions where our certified instructors will introduce you to the basics and at the same time give you a good workout. Cost is €35 for a personalised half hour intro or come along to our Intro to Pilates workshop on 18th May for a 90 minute group class. We also have a full range of new classes starting the first week in May – Over 55s, Men Only (NEW), Prenatal as well as all our regular group mat and reformer classes. So there’s no reason you can’t learn how Pilates can change your fitness and your body. Book now and learn how Pilates can get you fitter, stronger and more flexible!

We listen to our clients suggestions and feeback too and have added Men Only classes to our timetables from May 2013 so do get in touch.
