The world really is a different place when the sun shines. I hope you’ve all been enjoying the sun and life too. We have – our photo this month is a view of sunset from Rifugio Lagazuoi on the Alta Via 1 in the Italian Dolomites. It’s a great time of year to get out into nature and get moving.

IMG_4463We have some great courses and workshops coming in August to keep your fitness goals on track. New group timetables for August start on Tuesday 6th. We are running a small timetable for August, so our policy for these classes is first come first served and places can ONLY be held with pre-payment, no exceptions. If you want to continue classes for August please bring payment to class with you next week. For new clients please contact us to check availability for courses.

The Blitz is Back!

Great news, the Blitz is returning. The best way to prepare for your weekend. Our signature 90 Minute Blitz workshop gives you a great workout with 45 minutes on the mat and 45 minutes on our Reformers. And it’s all over by noon so you can get out and enjoy the rest of your day. What’s not to like?

The next date is Saturday 17/08/13 @ 10:30 – 12:00  €25 per person, pre booking essential.

New Pre and Postnatal Courses

Based on your requests we are offering pre and postnatal classes on our timetable again. Pilates can help you stay healthy and fit during your pregnancy and can help you avoid back pain as your pregnancy progresses. You must be more than 12 weeks to participate in prenatal classes.
Postnatal classes are for those 6 -12 weeks post delivery.

We will help you get back into pre-baby shape with a range of exercises designed to strengthen and tone your body. You can bring your baby with you, so there’s no need for babysitters. New Dads in need of a workout are very welcome too.

Limited spaces available in these classes so get in touch about availability. We also offer one to ones for pre and postnatal clients.

Beginners Courses

We have some new evening and lunchtime group beginners classes starting the first week in August. These are four week courses which will give you an introduction to the basics of Pilates. This wonderful exercise method can help improve your posture, tone your muscles and will get you stronger and more flexible. Book now and let us teach you something that will last you all your life.

Studio Policies

We’re often asked why our studio policy does not allow drop ins to classes. Our reason for this is that we believe Pilates is a progressive exercise system. We have recently updated our studio policies page and would ask you to read and familiarise yourself with this and other policies. These polices are for the health and wellbeing of our clients as well as our instructors. The ethos of our studio is quality, and we maintain our standards by adhering to these policies. Always.
