Group Mat Classes can be a good starting place for beginners, both because of the availability of classes and because of the emphasis on learning how to control your muscles during exercise.
Group classes are kept small to ensure individual attention and courses usually run over a two month period (e.g. Jan/Feb or Mar /Apr).
Please note: Group Mat classes are only suitable for those who are injury free. If you have back pain or other joint or muscle issues or underlying conditions, one-to-one sessions may be more appropriate for your body. Please follow your instructor’s advice.

Health problems can occur when we fail to look after ourselves and to provide our body with essential nutrients. We offer diet and nutrition consultations as required. A nutritional therapy consultation helps you to look at your present diet and lifestyle in detail. We can then recommend possible changes to your diet to improve your health and well being.
Each session lasts an hour, and is followed up with an in-depth, individual dietary plan, which is tailor made to your needs. A follow-up is recommended to assess progress and to keep goals on track.
Probably the most well known piece of equipment used in Pilates, the Reformer is a machine which glides backwards and forwards on rollers, using springs for resistance. Reformer Series - Arabesque
We offer Group Reformer classes with up to seven people per class. During class we start with a warm up and then based on the advertised class level, we will work through a range of exercises through beginner, essential, intermediate or advanced levels. We will modify exercises where required for individual clients – including prenatal and older clients.
