Stephen Braybrook – Brain Move

Stephen Braybrook – aka ‘The Movement Man’ Brain-Movewill be with us in April 2017 to teach his Brain-Move Workshop.

This workshop is an introduction to practical neuroscience and aims to provide some take home informational gems that you can use straight away.

Brain-Move uses the principles of evolutionary biology, developmental psychology and applied biomechanics to elicit safety through the subconscious mind and enable easy, fluid and pain free movement.

Course Content

Brain-move uses applied neuroscience, with the aim to put the body back into ‘safe’ mode.

By resetting the neurological buttons that tell the body it is safe, great things canThe Movement Man happen, including:

  • Increased flexibility

  • Reduced muscle and fascia tightness
  • Reduced pain and discomfort

The workshop is suited for movers from all Who is Brain Move for?backgrounds looking to improve their own performance and is also suitable as an introduction to the method for practitioners such as therapists and teachers who deal with human movement, bodywork and pain management including:

The workshop runs from 11am – 5pm on Sunday 30th of April.
