Barre & Jumpboard is a dynamic workout that’s fun and great for toning and streamlining the body.

We are now offering Barre classes as they have emerged as one of the most popular fitness trends in recent years. Although it’s definitely not part of the Pilates repertoire, elements of Pilates and ballet principles are included in your Barre workout – and the goals of core strength, flexibility and balance are the same.
