One to One Passes

Initial Assessment – €65

We recommend an initial assessment with all new clients joining our studio. After discussing your requirements, we’ll assess your movement, discuss your goals and guide you on your best options for future sessions.

One to One (45 mins) – €70

This 45 minute one to one session is ideal for those who prefer private sessions. We assess and teach a tailored exercise program that is appropriate for the individual. We consider posture, specific injuries or conditions, age, strength and flexibility when designing our programs making our one to one suitable for all levels, from beginners to athletes. Our goal is always to have our clients leave the studio feeling happier, healthier and stronger.

10 x One to One Sessions (45 mins) – €590

This 10 pack of one to ones is ideal for those who prefer private sessions. We assess and teach a tailored exercise program that is appropriate for the individual. We consider posture, specific injuries or conditions, age, strength and flexibility when designing our programs making our one to one suitable for all levels, from beginners to athletes. With 10 sessions you’ll really feel the benefits.

Group Class Passes

Introductory 4 Class Pass – €60

A great small gift, this Introductory 4 Class Pass Offer is for clients who are new to Live & Breathe Pilates so they can check out our studio and try out any of our group classes. This is a one time offer for new clients to our studio and can still be purchased after your initial assessment.

10 Group Mat Class Pass – €165

This pass is for ten of our Mat based classes. The pass covers all group mat based classes including our mat based specialist classes – Pre and Postnatal, Men Only classes as well as our Fit for Life classes which are aimed at our older clients.

10 Group Reformer & Mat Class Pass – €210

With our most versatile pass clients can attend any group class on our schedule. The voucher is for ten of any of our 60 minute or 45 minute group classes – Reformer and Mat. Try one, or try them both, the choice is yours!
You can print or email your vouchers, or our voucher company can post it out to your recipient too. You can select whichever option suits as you check out.
