Our 2020 BASI Pilates Mat Program commences February 6th, 2019. The course runs over two weekends - February 6th - 9th and April 23rd & 24th. The Matwork course is a stepping stone to the full comprehensive course. The course introduces people to the foundations of Pilates. Students study the full complement of Matwork exercises (basic to master level) and the integration of small apparatus into the program. BASI encourages students to use this program as a springboard to the Comprehensive Program.
